And again

I had a nice evening yesterday. Mr B and I had another talk and we seem to be moving towards each other. At the same time I’m slightly worried that for us to have a working relationship requires that both of us change too much – and as anyone who’s been in a serious relationship or two will realise you can’t change people.

And I know I’m not going to be able to be in a relationship with someone who’s always helping his ex-wife out and involved in her life somehow.

One thing he did say that gave me lots of hope was that he is sick and tired of her and of her demands, her kids’ demands. Which seems to tell me somehow that the ambition to remove himself from her life is there. Now we just have to wait and see if he can actually do it.
